The weighting tape traditionally known as Bleimax looks beautiful—in cleanroom curtains for example—and can be easily unravelled. This knitted fabric impresses due to its elegant feel and textile structure for the softest swing in the finest fabrics. The particularly soft machine structure together with B+M textile quality in the eco-lead core meet the highest demands for smooth weighting. We recommend this product to our weaving and finished-textile customers for use in combination with exclusive pleated tapes. The weighting tape for particularly demanding curtains and pleats is EU-compliant according to EU Regulation 2015/628 and is approved for use in all home textiles.

Lead rods guarantee a perfect fit, for example for women's and men's clothing, curtain corners and drapes. Lead rods are sewn into the side seams of the hem, preventing vertical shrinkage. The rods are also used for pattern scarves and drapes.

B+M Textil emerged from the traditional company Langer & Beyreuther in 1996 at the Cranzahl site in the Erzgebirge.

Today B+M Textil is an international supplier of weights made from lead, eco lead, zinc, stainless steel and natural materials in a textile coating. Using the most modern manufacturing methods, we meet the highest quality standards worldwide.
